In 2008, Nguyen Hong Phuong initiated with a group of friends to set up a coffee roasting workshop "P-H-A-T student coffee brand meaning "PHAT" consisting of 3 members (Phuong-Hieu-Tam) who are all conservatory students, after the group disbanded because it could not survive because the nature of producing clean coffee in the market has not been well received (The taste is not comparable and bold like traditional coffee). After the student coffee group disbanded, he still maintained his business after meeting international customers who bought and used it, found it strange and delicious, and proposed to buy and export to the UK for business.

On October 3, 2013, he officially established Nguyen Long Coffee Production and Trading Co., Ltd. ([Nguyen Long Coffee.,ltd](https://app.nguyenlongcoffee.com/)) which was granted a business certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City.

In 2014, Nguyen Long Coffee officially signed a cooperation contract with a company in Russia to distribute to allied countries in the bloc, which was well received by many customers.

In 2015, the Nguyen Long Coffee brand has all over international markets such as Korea, Japan, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and the SEC Republic.

In 2016, Nguyen Long Coffee had a representative office in Germany, currently Nguyen Long Coffee has more than 99+ coffee product lines of all kinds and development journey until today.
